Amanda Kassar
Celebrity Pilates trainer Amanda Kassar has spent nearly a decade perfecting a distinctive and highly effective Pilates method that helps her clients transform. Vogue called her LA's best-kept secret.
Every body is different
Her approach begins with a thorough postural analysis, a foundational step in her training process. Recognizing that every body is unique, Amanda customizes her programs by identifying each client’s specific weak points, imbalances and areas needing targeted strength development.
Through her postural analysis consultation, Amanda identifies any imbalances and the modifications each client’s body needs, then tailors every routine to work for that body. So even in a semi-private reformer class, each person is personally cued and modified to fit their body. Every client experiences this, which is why a class with Amanda feels just like a one-on-one session.
“My classes are intense. While I teach different classes for varying skill levels, I always want you to feel a true burn at the end of your workout.”Amanda Kassar
A community, not just a class
Pilates by Amanda has given Amanda the chance to build a personal relationship with her clients and a community of like-minded people who spend time together both in and outside the studio, from events to retreats.
It is no wonder she has gained a cult following of high-profile clients, including Laufey, Maude Apatow, Leslie Mann, Whitney Port, Sofia Richie, Marianna Hewitt and more.
